3. Who is TLR International Laboratories

TLR International Laboratories ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") is a flexible, market-driven laboratory that analyses a wide range of products in the field of foodstuffs, animal feeds, and (bio) fuels. This network consists of independently operating service providers who specialize in inspection and certification activities. The Peterson- and Control Union-network appointed an Information Security & Compliance Coordinator who is responsible for overseeing all questions in relation to this Privacy Policy. If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, including any requests to exercise your legal rights, please contact the Information Security & Compliance Co-ordinator using the details set out in Section 13 below.

4. WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU

It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data). We may receive your personal data by your usage of our website, completion of our website application forms and/or documents uploaded to our website by you.
